Apply for Intellectual Property Grants with Groth & Co

As a business owner, you now have the opportunity to apply for financial assistance and receive a discount through the EUIPO’s SME Fund when registering a trademark, design, or patent. The SME Fund is a grant system designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises within the EU with their intellectual property rights. The grant includes three components:

  • Discount on trademark and design registration fees – Save money when applying for protection of your trademark or design.
  • Discount on patent application registration fees – Receive financial support to protect your innovations.
