Groth & Co has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year. The certification is based on this year’s employee survey, conducted in June in collaboration with Great Place to Work.

The survey had a very high response rate of 97%. The results also show that 97 per cent of employees consider Groth & Co to be a great place to work overall.

The certification is an important recognition of the culture that characterises Groth & Co and of the commitment that employees contribute every day. Achieving a strong result for the third consecutive year is particularly meaningful during a period in which the company is continuing to drive development and change within the organisation.

“We are very proud that Groth & Co has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work. This result belongs to all our employees and reflects the trust, care and professionalism within the organisation. Maintaining such a strong result while continuing to develop the business demonstrates the stable and committed culture we have built together,” says Carolin Sundkvist, CEO of Groth & Co.

The results show that the work carried out during the year has had an impact, while Groth & Co also sees the survey as an important tool for continued development. During the autumn, the results will be analysed further to identify strengths to build on and areas to prioritise going forwards.

“A strong workplace is not created by a certification itself, but by the people behind it. We see this as recognition of what we are doing well, but also as an important reminder to continue developing together,” says Carolin Sundkvist.

The Great Place to Work certification is based on employees’ own experiences of their workplace and recognises organisation.
