Yuko is a senior paralegal specialising in patents. She works as part of a team in close collaboration with clients, Groth & Co’s consultants, and international partners, playing a key role in ensuring structure, quality, and efficiency in the management of intellectual property assets.
Following Groth & Co’s model for structured and cost-effective portfolio management, Yuko supports and develops processes related to patent administration. She also holds special responsibility for competence development, training, and administrative tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s workflows and expertise.
With extensive experience in intellectual property and exceptional attention to detail, Yuko possesses broad and in-depth knowledge of both national and international IP regulations. Before joining Groth & Co, she worked as a Patent Paralegal and translator at Canon Inc. in Japan, where she refined her ability to combine linguistic precision with technical and legal accuracy.
Originally from Japan, Yuko also has a background as an interpreter between Japanese and English, adding an international dimension and intercultural understanding to her professional profile.
