Agustín is a Senior Consultant specialising in European trade mark and design law. He is a Spanish lawyer based at our Alicante office and advises on disputes and litigation before the EUIPO, the Boards of Appeal, and the General Court. Agustín also represents clients at oral hearings. He is a qualified Patent and Trademark Attorney in Spain, authorized to practice before the EUIPO and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
