Per-Erik is Chairman of the Board at Groth & Co, contributing extensive experience in law, corporate management, and strategic board work. He plays a key role in supporting the firm’s overall development and growth, bringing a commercial mindset and a long-term perspective to the company’s governance.
In addition to his role at Groth & Co, Per-Erik acts as an adviser to owners and executive management teams, and serves as a board member in several privately held companies. His advisory work is characterised by deep legal expertise, strategic insight, and a genuine interest in developing sustainable and successful organisations.
Earlier in his career, Per-Erik was a Partner and practising lawyer at Linklaters Advokatbyrå, where for many years he worked with business law and advised both Swedish and international companies.
