Karin is Head of Marketing & Communication at Groth & Co, responsible for the firm’s marketing and communications activities. She works to strengthen the company’s brand and business position through both strategic and operational communication, internally and externally. In close collaboration with the management team, she contributes to business development by showcasing Groth & Co’s expertise and client value on the international stage.
Karin leads collaborations with external agencies and oversees the planning and execution of seminars, webinars, and international conferences – key forums for knowledge sharing and business networking. She is also responsible for the firm’s communication strategy and coordinates content and client cases for international ranking submissions, where Groth & Co’s results and client relationships are highlighted as part of its long-term brand development.
She has overall responsibility for the firm’s CRM system, which supports Groth & Co’s client relationships and business processes, and she also drives the company’s CSR initiatives and charitable engagements.
Before joining Groth & Co, Karin worked in marketing at law firms, where she developed communication plans and brand strategies with a strong business focus. She previously held roles as Head of Information and Project Manager within the Telia Group and has a background as a journalist in both print media and internal communications.
Through her strategic and creative work, Karin continues to develop Groth & Co’s communication and strengthen the firm’s brand –across Sweden and internationally.
