Emma is a trade mark attorney specialising in intellectual property law, working across trade marks, copyright, design, and patents. With a particular focus on trade mark law, she advises clients on portfolio management, domain names, IP strategies, and commercial agreements.
As part of Groth & Co’s dispute resolution team, Emma also works with proceedings in all areas of intellectual property, as well as marketing law. She collaborates closely with clients to create long-term, sustainable IP solutions where legal, commercial, and strategic perspectives come together.
Emma is a member of ECTA’s Design Committee, representing Sweden as the committee’s only Swedish member – a role that reflects her commitment to the development of design law at an international level.
She first joined Groth & Co during her thesis internship in the spring of 2023, where she gained hands-on experience in contract law, dispute resolution, and trade mark applications. This early insight into the practical application of IP law now forms a strong foundation for her current work in advisory and legal proceedings.
