Carolin has been the CEO of Groth & Co since 2023, combining modern, business-driven leadership with a deep understanding of the company and its development over time. She is particularly focused on creating sustainable structures for growth – through strategic governance as well as personal engagement in the company’s culture and its employees,
With responsibility for the Financial and Administration departments, Carolin oversees group-wide matters such as budgeting, cost-income analysis, and operational planning. She has extensive experience in executive management, human resources, and board assignments, and serves as a key advisor on financial matters in client projects where commercial acumen and quality must go hand in hand.
Carolin plays a pivotal role in the digitalisation of Groth & Co’s internal systems and processes. She has driven the development of mission-critical tools within reporting, CRM, and approval workflows – always with usability, scalability, and efficiency in focus.
As former Chair of SEPAF (the Association of Swedish Patent Agencies) and current member of its Marketing Committee, Carolin remains active in advancing the industry’s development. She serves on the boards of Skriptor AB and Groth & Co, where she is also a member of the management team.
Carolin has long experience in leading and supporting complex intellectual property cases, including those linked to major corporate acquisitions. She has also played a central role in developing and managing Groth & Co’s international representation and global activities.
