Åsa is responsible for procurement and investments, as well as the maintenance and support of Groth & Co’s IT and telephony systems. She works continuously with database maintenance, updates, development, and training of internal systems, as well as the company’s client portal, IPR Control™. Åsa plays a central role in ensuring that the firm’s technical infrastructure effectively supports its operational needs.
She is deeply involved in the development and adaptation of systems for watch services, searches, and renewals – always with a focus on usability, efficiency, and quality. Åsa has also contributed to the planning and execution of Groth & Co’s seminars, where she has helped establish structures and processes that improve both internal workflows and the client experience.
Åsa has furthermore played a key role in the evaluation, implementation, installation, and training related to the firm’s CRM system, which has strengthened coordination and information management across the organisation.
