In her role, Carina works closely with clients, authorities and external representatives, providing reliable day-to-day support in patent administration. With a strong focus on structure, she helps maintain clear workflows and ensures smooth handling throughout the entire case lifecycle – from ongoing administration to portfolio management and follow-up.
Carina has held a team lead role for individual clients, taking clear responsibility for both client relationship management and delivery. She has contributed to the development of efficient working methods, including establishing structured workflows for patent administration and supporting the onboarding and training of new colleagues.
Alongside her operational work, Carina has been involved in development initiatives related to digital tools and process improvement. She has contributed to the continued development of administrative functions in web-based portfolio systems and supported initiatives connected to AI and efficiency.
