(Publ. 21 OCT 2014) Earlier this year we conducted a survey among 100 select clients in respect of their relationship with us. We asked about the quality of our services, pricing structure, what they think about our seminars, and what they think about their future need for advice within the intellectual property area, among other things. The study was conducted in collaboration with Blendow Group AB. It is very gratifying to see that we received a lot of praise in the survey. From the results, we can learn much and we are already looking into how we can further improve our services. The survey showed, among other things, that the respondents believe that 100 % have a good relationship with Groth & Co; 89 % do not intend to change IP law firm during the year, 81 % think that our price level is good in relation to the quality of our services. The following words were used to describe Groth & Co as advisors: “Trustworthy”, “Competent”, “Efficient”, “Good reputation”, “Responsive”, “Experience”, “Proactive”, “All-encompassing solution”, “Personal”. –  We feel very honored by this testimonial from our clients which we see as a confirmation of our long-term work and which encourages us to continue developing our service offering, says Gunnar Sundkvist, Managing Director. This survey is part of the efforts to continuously improve our business so that our clients will gain even more professional advice. Through the responses we received from our clients, we learn what we can and should improve upon – a work that we will gladly continue with in the future.
