We are happy that Emma Ekbergh has started with us! Emma is a consultant specializing in trademarks, patents, copyright and design. She mainly works as a trademark lawyer and provides ongoing advice on trademarks, portfolio management, domain names, IP strategies and commercial agreements. She is also part of our dispute resolution group and litigates in all areas of intellectual property law and market law issues.

Emma has a Master of Law and during her studies she has been an intern and essay trainee at Groth & Co where she worked with general contract law, dispute resolution and trademark applications.

The focus of her studies was in intellectual property law and her thesis the marketing regulation's application to influencer marketing.
