Karin Crafoord is a senior consultant specialized in disputes and processes. Karin has a background from one of Sweden’s largest general law firms, and she has been appointed as counsel in a large number of Swedish and international litigation proceedings, both in court and arbitration proceedings. Karin also has many years of experience regarding commercial agreements, contract negotiations, Due Diligence, as well as questions regarding licensing and infringements.

Tomas Lundquist is a senior patent consultant working in in close cooperation with clients in the fields of Life Science, Medtech, Biotech and Pharma. He is an European Patent Attorney working, in addition to drafting and prosecution, with strategical advice, infringement cases, validity investigations, Freedom-To-Operate analyses (FTO), IP Due Diligence and patent licensing.

Karin and Tomas are both highly skilled consultants who contribute with great expertise in their respective fields. Both of them are relatively new employees with a great commitment and drive. These features in combination their background from other consultancy organizations will make them a strong addition to our shareholders.
