(Publ. 8 FEB 2017) Groth & Co i yet again ranked in the highest rank, Tier 1, regarding trademark prosecution in Sweden. Conducting the annual ranking is the well-renowned trade magazine Managing Intellectual Property (MIP).

Groth & Co is also mentioned as a notable firm in trademark contensious. That is welcome news to us, as contentious work and litigation is increasingly requested by clients and one of our focus areas for the future. One step of improving our litigation expertise is the recruitment of the experienced litigation expert Karin Crafoord who will be joining our litigation team.
