She lives all alone in Villekulla Cottage with her horse and her pet monkey, Mr Nelson. The author Astrid Lindgren has written a large number of books about this girl. Pippi has become famous far more than “just” a name. The company Saltkråkan manages the brand of Pippi Longstocking.
