Karin Crafoord takes over the role as Head of Groth & Co’s Legal and Trademark Department as of May 1. She will continue her operational work as lawyer in the department. Karin joined the firm in 2017 and is a senior consultant specializing in disputes and processes relating to IP law. She has extensive experience from commercial litigations concerning e g trademarks, copyrights and patents and market law and her experience includes dispute resolution in many different industries.

She also works with commercial agreements and gives general advice on a regular basis on intellectual property law. Before joining Groth & Co Karin worked as senior associate at one of the major law firms in Sweden. She also has procedural experience from serving at both the Court of Appeal and District Court in Sweden.
