(Publ. 18 JAN 2022) Groth & Co are moving to new offices at Fleminggatan 20! The new offices are on the top floor in bespoke, state of the art premises.

The offices have a penthouse feel with a variety of workspaces and a lounge. We also have our own roof terrace with amazing views of Stockholm.

Fleminggatan 20 is situated on the island of Kungsholmen and is near restaurants, shops, and public transport. The area has become more attractive as a new business district with a short walk to the city centre. The building houses facilities such as conference rooms, a supermarket, chemist, gym, and garage. Outside the entrance is a cozy “Pocket Park” with seating, sculptures, and duck pond.

The building was designed by well-known Swedish architects Anders Tengbom and Stefan Salomon in the style of new brutalism and was completed in 1977. Today the interior has been completely renovated and has certificates from Fitwel and BREEAM-SE with the rating of “Very Good”. Fleminggatan was named in 1885 after the admiral Klas Fleming who was a town planner in the 17th century.
