Carl Wendt, Groth & Co, and Kristina Björnerstedt, Skriptor Zigila, have attended the PTMG Athens, Autumn Conference in Athens Greece.
The Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) is an international organization that brings together professionals from the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with a focus on trademark and intellectual property rights issues. PTMG is a platform for networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration between trademark lawyers, trademark managers and service providers working within pharmaceutical companies and related sectors.
The group's activities often include discussions on the evolution of trademark law, best practices, and the unique challenges facing pharmaceutical brand owners.
During this year's meeting, many interesting topics were discussed, including name creation, AI's impact on IP and the Pharma Industry and everything we always wanted to know about INNs (International Nonproprietary Name).
It is also an excellent opportunity to meet old and new friends and colleagues.
It was great fun and hope to see you all next year in Malta!
