(Publ. 21 OCT 2022) The European Communities Trade Mark Association, ECTA, will grant an award to an individual who has written an article or an essay which has been of importance for the development of European Trade Mark Law, Design law, Copyright law or Geographical Indications law. Students and professionals are invited to take part in the ECTA Award 2021.
This is a valuable initiative for all IP students and professionals who would like to improve their knowledge in their IP areas of interest, as well as give a unique contribution in creating more unified solutions within the European Union jurisdictions.
All the winning papers will be published on the ECTA website, given a sum of money, and the First Prize Award winners shall be invited to the ECTA Annual Conference in Prague and honoured by the ECTA President.
