(Publ. 30 NOV 2015) The European Communities Trade Mark Association, ECTA, has decided to grant an award to an individual who has written an article or an essay which has been of importance for the development of European Trade Mark law.
This goal of the initiative is to motivate both students and professionals to improve and develope their knowledge in their areas of interest, as well as to give their unique contribution in creating unified solutions within the European Union trade mark jurisdictions. The award will be presented for the first time in 2016.
Students and professionals are invited to take part in the ECTA AWARD 2016. The deadline for receipt of papers is the 15th of March 2016.

The award will be presented in Dubrovnik at a special ceremony during the Association’s 35th Annual Conference on Friday 24 June 2016.
