Mats Lundberg, CEO and for many years responsible for the Legal and Trademark Department at Groth & Co, will leave his current duties as of May 1. However, Mats will remain at Groth & Co as Senior Partner and continued member of Groth & Co's board.

Carolin Sundkvist becomes the new CEO of Groth & Co (read more about Carolin here) and Karin Crafoord takes over the role as head of Groth & Co's Legal and Trademark Department (read more about Karin here).

Groth & Co will continue to build on the platform and the values that Groth & Co stands for today. Mats will, during a transition period, also continue to contribute his unique competence and long experience to Groth & Co.
