Welcome to the Stockholm IP Law Review’s seminar and dinner: IP Pharma Challenges in 2019.
Also during the seminar, Thomas Hedner, Chalmers University of Technology, will talk about CRISPR-Cas9, John Hornby, Lambert Hornby IP, on “Being Equitable About Equivalents – Unintended Consequences?” as well as Bengt Domeij, Faculty of Law at Uppsala University, will talk about “The Swedish Doctrine of Equivalence: How to Rein in Equivalence”. The seminar will be followed by an optional dinner at Värdshuset Kräftan with celebration of the 2018/19 class of the LL.M. in European IP Law at Stockholm University.
