Stefan is a senior consultant, specializing in trademarks and design. He works with trademark and design strategies for listed corporations both in Sweden and abroad. Stefan has special experience in the implementation of protective strategies, risk analyses, name choice, research and license agreements. He has particular experience in IP counselling in the fields of mechanical engineering and hand tools, sporting goods, clothing manufacture, textiles, food, drink, media and the steel and engineering sectors. Stefan has an international focus in his work and possesses special expertise about the Chinese market.
For several years Stefan was an examiner for both the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and also at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV).
Stefan has lectured on intellectual property law at courses at the University of Stockholm, the Association of IP Professionals in Swedish Industry (SIPF), at The Trademark Day™ and for the Sweden-China Trade Council, SCTC.
