Emma is a consultant and specializes in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyright and design). She mainly works as a trademark lawyer and provides ongoing advice on trademarks, portfolio management, domain names, IP strategies and commercial agreements. Emma is also part of our dispute resolution group and litigates in all areas of intellectual property law and market law issues.
Emma joined Groth & Co in June 2023 as an associate after attaining an LL.M. from Uppsala University, Sweden. Emma has focused her studies on intellectual property law and her thesis the marketing regulation's application to influencer marketing. Further Emma served as an essay trainee and summer trainee at Groth & Co. During this period, she worked with general contract law, dispute resolution and trademark applications.
