Dag is a patent attorney who specialises in mechanical technology, electronics, electrotechnology and fluid mechanics.
Dags works with patent drafting and correspondence with authorities, as well as advises on patent strategies, objections, Freedom-to-Operate analyses (FTO), infringement analyses and IP Due Diligence. He has experience in database searches and analyses of his own and others patents in the view of novelty search, infringement analysis, competition analysis and technical trends.
Dag has a long experience in working as a development and patent engineer at Electrolux, where he, among other things, did the patent work for both vacuum cleaners and robotic vacuum cleaners as well as air cleaners and other home appliances. He also has special experience of educating designers and engineers about patents – partly theoretical about patent law, but also in practical application regarding construction of machines and assessment of any patent infringement.
