Trademark law is constantly under development. Recent developments in law affects both registrations and practical use of trademarks. New types of trademarks can now be registered and new rulings from different courts highlight both old and new issues from a new perspective. We also see a number of trends in law, court decisions and practical use. Therefore, Groth & Co and INTA would like to invite you to a seminar where we will highlight several of these exciting news and trends in trademark law, both at a Swedish national and at an EU level.
At the seminar we will talk about:
Karin Crafoord, Partner and Attorney at Law, Groth & Co
Niklas Sandell, Trademark Attorney, Groth & Co
After the seminar, we will have a subsequent mingle with the chance to discuss and network in a relaxed atmosphere.
Groth & Co donates approximately $12 per attendee at the seminar to We Effect and their humanitarian work focusing on rural development, housing, right to land and gender equality.
Groth & Co and INTA
The International Trademark Association, INTA, is the world’s largest association for trademark holders and professionals. INTA’s members represent over 6,500 organizations and 190 countries. Every year, INTA organizes a conference which is attended by 10,000 participants. This year’s conference takes place in Seattle, May 19th to 23rd. We at Groth & Co have, for the sixth consecutive year, received the great honour of organizing a Pre-Annual Meeting in Sweden – a pre-gathering before the big annual meeting in May.
